We continue to work 24/7 on the new app and we’re excited to provide the following updates to show how close we are to launch and how amazing this will be for our users!
Improvements To the App Continue – ALMOST READY!
Firstly, we are going over the entire user experience with a fine-tooth comb to ensure that we make every customer interaction as easy-to-follow as possible. With the new Torus wallet integration, users will be able to use our Web3 DeFi app while having the Web2 experience they’re used to – they can easily login with their existing Google/social accounts and dive right in!
We’re also ensuring that the entire experience is completely customized, so every single prompt and text that comes up from the Torus wallet is being changed to help guide customers along their journey.
Revamped Support System – Live Chat & Email
Speaking of making it easy, we are also integrating a live chat and email ticket support system for anyone that happens to need help along the way. This will add to provide the Web2 experience we’re going for!
Influencers and Education
One of the most important parts of our new app experience will be a focus on education. In order to help with this, we are working on securing influencers and assigning one of them as our lead spokesperson to deliver the brand message and help build a trusting relationship with our customers. These aren’t your typical “crypto bro” influencers. As we’re working towards a more traditional audience, the way we deliver our message also needs to change. We look forward to sharing these videos over the coming weeks!
Professional Rebrand Agency
Last, but definitely not least, the most important part of our new app is going to be the branding: The name, tagline, colour scheme, look and feel, etc. We are working with a professional branding agency all week to come up with the perfect brand! We can’t wait to share the final results on the next BSM. Stay tuned!
